Still here... popping in every now and then... so busy, so hectic and just not in the right space mentally to commit to this clean eating business... most days if i make it to 10 its a miracle.
Definitely blame my sugar addiction, but right now cake taste better than skinny feels :) and for the most part, im cool with it.
hopefully once on holiday i can try keep it cleaner, but at the very least i will keep up the activity levels...
Thanks to the FS buddy who shared her success "plans" with me, but maybe next year :)
and of course my awesome LCFF who always checks in on me. life would be pretty drab without awesome friends and their support...
