Walked for 5 hours !!! Have been doing Callanetics every second day ! Not losing weight but gaining muscles !
Clothes are bigger so something is happening 🐒
194.4 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
