Well, that was a surprise!! You know, I have to tell you all that I have noticed that I don't lose as much weight when I am cranky and negative about dieting. When I was positive and happy about it, the pounds came off no problem. This time, I am angry and resentful and it's a struggle. So... I've identified a possible issue. What am I going to do about it? Dunno, yet. It's hard to just "change your mind." I will figure it out... eventually.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
