Hitting the gym 5 days a week, Wii 30 minutes a day, and running 3 days a week. Pretty sure its muscle.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
