All my exercise this weekend. Gardening for 5 hrs, did a power walk today for 1/2 an hour, then steep steps climb, finishing with outdoor exercise machines work out at our local park for 20 mins. Feeling great
167.6 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
