Started an intermittent fasting plan on Tuesday. Seems to be working and not crazy hard to do. Wake up, drink coffee and sugarless tea. Wait 6 hours before taking in any solid food. Only eat the next 6 hours, and try to keep that to around 1200 calories. Then coffee or tea again until bed. I gotta admit, I'm sleeping better and feel better.
220.6 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
