Ugh....up to 126, down to 123, up, down, up down....I do stay in between 122 and 126 so I figure that that's not too bad....especially since I'm supposed to be 130 according to PT and another friend....I just wish that body fat percentage would be lower....that stays somewhere between 22 and 25...like I said ugh...
