I've been doing pretty good with the diet, and reasonably well with the fitness (missed 4 days last week, but got back on track on Sunday) I'm looking forward to the new food choices in the second month, I'm on week 3 right now, so one more week before I get to try out the new foods...

The weight seems to be just falling off, which is encouraging! I'm STILL hoping I can stay motivated when it doesn't come out quite so easily.

Went to the GNC last night to get myself some protein bars and whey protein powder. This is the second time I've gone to the GNC in the Eaton Centre and found the staff USELESS and only wanting to make a commission. I have no idea whether they're paid commission or not, but even after I told the guy I wanted protein bars, he STILL tried selling me some Atkins candy bar.. WTF? From now on I'm doing all my OWN research and NOT asking for help - at LEAST not from anyone at the GNC...

Also, after I left the GNC I found cheaper protein bars at the Shoppers Drug Mart (I had asked for Power Bar brand at the GNC and they didn't even CARRY them!) But the Shoppers carries them, so once this box of protein bars are gone from GNC, I'm going to the Shoppers for protein bars, I'll still go to GNC for whey powder, but that's about all I think...
166.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
