Need to feel happier with life

1 month exercise/eat well
3 months plan holiday and cut up 3 credit cards
6 months no credit-card debt
9 months fit into my clothes
12 months


Only 1 hour a day on computer

172.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
