Have completed 6 weeks of Body Pump classes, three days a week plus weights and rowing machine sprints. Weight is up a bit, hope it is muscle! I'm not quite an hourglass but geez give me a break, I'm almost 57 years old.

Bust: 36B
Waist: 28.5
Hip: 36.5
Upper thigh: 20
Quad: 18.5
Bicep flexed: 12
143.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
