has windmill mutton burger, toasted chicken mayo and coke light and 3 muffins, omelette in morning weighted this mornin was 105.7kg
232.8 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.3 lb a week
