At this point, I am just maintaining my weight, which is mainly why I am just eating lentils with chicken and peanut butter. Getting healthy fats, complex carbs, fiber, and protein, while still being delicious..
194.0 lb Lost so far: 86.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
