Walked

95 miles in August
125 in September
80 in October to Oct 18th

Even though walking is not particularly good for weight loss
there has been a 14 pound reduction since joining this site. The
last two and one half months have been a great help in learning
what effort is needed to achieve weight reduction by this method.

However, with winter approaching fast it will not be possible to
walk to the same extent. Have to come up with some idea.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 1.1 lb a week
