I have started the Biggest Loser workout DVD's. I do the Cardiomax and the Power Sculpt alternating the days. They are certainly not boring and I work up a sweat in both.

I am less than a pound away from my Onederland goal and am hoping that next weigh in I will make it. Once I hit that, I will figure out what my next mini goal will be.

Because of my success there are about 8 ladies at work who have joined WW and we have a quick check in meeting after work each Monday night. Its awesome to see others excited about what I have accomplished and it helps me stay accountable and encouraged to see this thing through.

200.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
