Put on weight while I was on holiday last week. Time to get back on track this week. My plan is to do Michael Mosley's Blood Sugar Diet again and stick too low carb and 1000 cals a day. My plan is to gt down to 60 kg by Decembe and then after Christmas I will get my bio markers checked again.
145.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
