Staying the same... I'm not really discouraged, actually I'm not at all as my food intake is definitely staying low and I'm keeping on diet, but I was kind of hoping that the scale would move a little today. Tomorrow perhaps...

Does anyone else find this diet a little constipating? It may be the fact that I have 1 or 2 bananas in a day but I've never had an issue before and have always loved bananas.

So far, besides my Thai food dinner the other night where I didn't eat much, I've added a few things in for phase 2 like peanut butter. I haven't changed much else and I'm really not hungry.

I did have the constipating problem @ first, and so I started to take some vitamins and finding food w/more fiber in it. That did help me out. You may also need to give your body a little shock to tell it that you are wanting to lose more. Sometimes your body will just stay the same thinking it's fine right where it's at. Hope this helps!
