Ok so it was the hardest two weeks....I am not a strict vegetarian per se but I don't eat meat that much...I probably eat beef or chicken once a week or even once every two weeks... It was really interesting for me to have to eat 8 oz of protein every single day...The first few days I was so dizzy and I had headaches and I felt so horrible...I wanted to throw in the towel but I was so determined to lose a few lbs that I stuck with it... Too top it off on day 5 I got my menstrual flow and I was weaker than ever...No matter how much protein or vegetabels or snacks or protein shakes I took, I had no energy...The second week of phase 1 was ok...I had a little more energy but I was always hungry no matter how much i ate and I got tired of eating so much veggies...I hate that you shoule only eat two pieces of fruit a day since I absolutely love fruit...I'm on day 2 oh phase 2 and i lost 6 lbs...I'm excited about that....My clothes fit loser and my pants are not snug anymore...Now on phase 2 the spelt bread is just about the most disgusting thing I have tasted...Not excited about phase 2...I've been doing my exercise and I really want to step it up because I have 5 lbs more to lose and then it's on to phase 3...
131.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
