went to the gym an hour late and hence my lunch was delayed. Not sure if the surprising down-tick in my weight was caused by that. But I will take it.
178.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week
