I'm new to this! Not dieting but the challenges. I really want this to work this time I've been up and down this road so many times but never had anyone for support.
I am on my own diet A.C.E I've been losing from 1-3 lbs a week I sit in front of a computer 7-8 hrs a day(my job) no exercise yet so I really am looking forward to it this time!!!
I joined several challenges to keep myself motivated.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
