Praise the Lord! 1st milestone reached! I was up to 225 now down to 215 10lb loss ! 22 days! Starting to feel and see a difference. It's downhill from here!
215.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 80.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
