My weight went up some, but I didn't get to do the eliptical last night. I did keep busy, but I also ate too much yesterday. This is an off week and I plan to do one of the Insanity dvds tonight. We also have company and Pam is making lasagna. I hope I get a great workout in. I'll need it.
