2052 kcal Fat: 65.80g | Prot: 124.21g | Carb: 251.05g.   Breakfast: Milk (Nonfat), Honey Nut Cheerios, Diced Ham, Egg, Egg White. Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Grain Bread, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat). Dinner: M&M's 100 Calories Pack, uncle ben's ready rice, ranch dressing, baby spinach, baby carrots, mission tortilla, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Snacks/Other: nutri grain eggo, cheez-it, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, Bananas, apple. more...
