Eating on average less than 1000 calories per day, finding myself miserable if I eat more than 1200. I've actually dropped 8lbs in 20 days. I'm walking 🚶 2.5 miles w/ yoga type exercise 30 min per day 2 days per week and the other 3 days I'm walking 🚶 5 miles per day. I have more energy during the day and I'm sleeping better at night. I've got a long way to go but I know I will get there. Water 💦 water 💦 water 💦 and I'm having to force it down literally. Not easy changes but definitely necessary.
217.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 82.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
