Another week over and still feeling fine. The body is getting used to regular intense exercise again. In fact it feels like I can lift heavier weights...

My food choices are still marginal but because I allow for the calories I am generally within my allowance.

I have just realised my calorie allowance is incorrect because I need to allow for my exercising... we'll see what it says on Wednesday which is when I started.
222.9 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
