I'm exercising(walking 5 miles 3 days per week/2.5 miles 2 days per week w/ belly work out and eating 1600 or less calories daily and I'm maintaining instead of losing. I'm on week #3 of this journey and I'm praying I start seeing some kind of results other than muscle fatigue and headaches. 😢😢it's a painful journey but I'm not giving up! This is the most I've ever weighed in my life and I am miserable!
218.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 83.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
