I unfortunately had the brilliant idea of staying up all night and then was hungry in the morning. I ate and then went to sleep. Not the best idea I've ever had. /sigh
153.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
