1856 kcal Fat: 79.55g | Prot: 107.08g | Carb: 188.22g.   Breakfast: Bananas , Special K Red Berries Cereal, 1% Low Fat Milk, 100% Pure Orange Juice with Calcium & Vitamin D. Lunch: Roast Beef, Cooked Green String Beans with Almonds (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Finely Shredded Taco Blend Cheese, Country Ranch Premium Croutons, Fancy Field Greens Tender Lettuce Mix, Sweet French Style Dressing & Dip, Thin & Crispy Roasted Garlic & Chicken Pizza. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chip Cookie with Raisins, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added) , TLC Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Peanut Butter, Oranges . more...
