Ugh. After losing only half a pound last week, I gain 1 pound this week. It was a bad carbs week for me. I did manage to drink a ton of water the last two days, so maybe it's water weight? I've been going through one of those phases where I can't seem to get enough water the last few days. And we were celebrating a coworkers bday yesterday with cake and pizza. You put that in front of me, and well, forget about it. I've said in previous entries about how I love that stuff. I'm really hoping I haven't hit my plateau. The diet has been pretty easy up until the last two weeks. I did have some chocolate 2 weeks ago and this week was sort of bread heavy, so I hope that was the cause. I've noticed that a little chocolate doesn't really have that much effect on me though. Well I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's just a little slide and not my plateau point. It's only been 2 bad weeks so it's probably too early to say yet.
210.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sorry I missed you post... this new format and all the newer people here sometimes they sneak past us, sorry. Hang in there. You know how this plan works and I''m sure you'll figure it out. Avoid those triggers!
