weekend was a mixed bag. On Friday, I had a 'double dinner', the second one at the temple. Saturday was relatively ok. But on Sunday I had some uncontrolled eating at lunch time (did not quite measure how much rice I was eating.. probably had 1 cup too many, and then I gulped down some ramen noodles which my daughter had not eaten). At dinner, had some extra helpings of italian bread in addition to some dhoklas.
So, I am relatively happy, all this did not result in a regression when I weighed in today. Hoping for a disciplined week of exercise and eating and I can end week 3 on a high note on Thursday! fingers crossed.
