Yay! Finally broke the plateau! Stuck to plan and added a protein shake for dinner last night and I am very happy to have dropped 2 lb!
273.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
