Did 30 minutes of TurboFire this morning, then went for a walk around town. Made a great dinner with chicken leg quarters, red pepper risotto, mixed veggies and a big green salad. Played 30 minutes of DDR, plus some Wii bowling and Tron Evolution.

Not a bad day, if I do say so myself!
180.3 lb Lost so far: 46.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.7 lb a week
