had 2 fried eggs,with ghee on brown bread, caburys coconut chocolate, 8 pieces, 2 lindt pieces dark chocolate, Woolies 1/2 chicken at night no bread, never expected a loss.NO GYM yesterday.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
