I ate more calories (pretty sure I did, anyway). The motorcycle trip in rain, snow, sun, and especially wind probably offset some of what I ate. Took 860 miles though. I am exhausted!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
