It's not a losing battle!! Maybe it is coming back b/c you are psyching yourself out. Just take it day-by-day and minute-by-minute. You can do it!! If you have one bad meal or bad day, that does not resign you to failure!! You truly can do it. Are you dieting or have you attempted to make a lifestyle change?? The difference between those two things can make ALL the difference!!

Remember that life is a cycle that keeps running-never stops: sometimes up and sometimes down...we learned from the "downs" and enjoy the "ups".
Try not to be too hard on yourself. Trust me; I've been there ... and not too long ago!
