For the last two weeks I have been using largely a shake consisting of 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 scoop of metrx whey protein, 1 scoop of creatine. I blend this up and use it for two meals. I do bodtweight workouts three or four times a week. Cha cha cha
225.0 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
