since from the beginning of my weight loss journey, I trained like an athlete, eat what I didn't like and I've also done things I never thought I'll ever done. what mostly important is that I am seeing what I thought I'll never see in my body( visible abs.) I can say one dream archived!
161.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
