Finally got my TOM this morning, so that explains the gain. And I think I'm retaining water because my feet have been swollen for the past couple of days. Oh well at least I know it's not a fat gain, so I can live with that. I'll just have to work harder and drink more water, I'm ok with that! Have a great day everyone!
304.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry about TOM, Tarla. Hope it goes away as quick as it came. Since I no longer get visits, I feel so for those of you youngsters you still do. Have a great weekend.
