Just know that if you stick to it, you will be rewarded. I've only lost 12 pounds, but its better than nothing! A few days ago, my weight started going up - it upset me to the point where i said 'screw it' and ate whatever I wanted. Then I realized that I shouldnt do that, and I got myself back on track. Since then, the scale has been going down again. Don't give up. You CAN do this.
