My weight is still going down. I had a great workout last night. I did Insanity Plyometrics. It's really interval training, but still a super workout. Back and Biceps tonight.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
