I cheated so much yesterday I feel like eating everything I set my eyes on. had big packet of lays, prawns meal from ocean basket, chicken, provitas with cottage cheese, a piece of chocolate and salad.
150.4 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
