today's weigh in was a surprise. I did very well yesterday in terms of food. I also did some rigorous treadmill both yesterday and today. So, an uptick of 0.75 pounds is counter intuitive. The only thing I can think of, the last couple of nights (just dinners), I have not used my measuring cups when taking food portions. I will go back to that. If that doesn't work either, then I have to get back to exact calorie measurments.. which is a very tedious job I was trying to avoid if possible (sigh)
