Hi Kat, I have been reading this book called The Secret to Six Pack Abs, and its great! Lol, but I was just going to let you know that it says having one overeat day a week is actually good for you. You should try to eat 1000 more calories, of course of healthy foods, to make sure you keep your body working and producing the right amount if insulin. As long as you work out, those extra calories will still let you lose weight. Hope this makes you feel better :)
