I'v been eating a lot more varieties of food. Like nuts and fruit and vegies BEFORE large meals so I'm eating more but less. It seems to be working out well so far.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
