Despite the weight not changing there is a visible difference.

Walking 8 kilos per day (except two) combined with more water may be resulting in
muscle replacing fat (sure looks like it). Will see what that appears like over
the next two weeks.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
