Still not up to snuff. On top of my cold, I also was not able to sleep last night. Ugh. Well, was able to fit into some slimmer slacks. Oh well.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
