Overall, a see-saw week. I got 4 days of treadmill which is good. Moment of weakness over the weekend when I had ice cream. That set me back a bit. At least I am back where I started at the beginning of week 2, in terms of weight.
Looking forward to a good week 3 starting tomorrow.
