This was my first week that I didn't meet my minimum gym time (as mandated by myself). But I don't feel guilty because a) I was sick and couldn't breathe and b)I "crushed" my toe (at least that's the diagnosis from the ER - don't worry, it's not broken).
I'm leaving on vacation this afternoon and I'm pretty happy that with a birthday celebration, being sick, and my toe thing that I didn't gain. I'm also optimistic about not gaining on vacation because I think that I'm much better with portion control and generally choosing healthy options. I've planed in physical fitness time with the general fun of vacation and I have high hopes for myself.
