So, I lost 33 lbs by doing HIT and running five miles every other day on a tread mill. I would drink a spinach protein shake for breakfast and watch what I eat using this app. I went to HK for a GSM and I strained my achilles and it took a month to heal. I never went back afterwards and it all went down heal I'm back up to 195. I started at 212 and went to 178 then back up to 195. As a 37 year old man it isn't getting any easier. I just bought a MTB so I am trying to use that as a motivator. I love to hike too. Last week I took an 8 mile hike in the woods in the rain and I had a blast. I'll keep all of you informed as to how it turns out. For me, it's either all or nothing. I'll eat like crap and drink beer or I'll work hard and obsess. I've got to find that upper middle ground. I've done this before. I went from 207 to 155 riding a road bike 10 to 20 miles a day; once in the morning and once in the evening. Life's a bit but keep on truckin'
