weekend had a few bad meals, including lots of carbs yesterday. 4 drinks on friday, with onion rings and roast beef sandwhich, probably 2 cups of rice with dinner, chicken, and some banana pudding. sat had lamberts, with three rolls and butter and fried chicken and fried okra. had some tortillas and cereal later that day.
