Well, i have hit the weight loss plateau. I am exercising, weight training, eating right, writing everything down and i just can't budge an once these last three day, in fact i have gained some. I guess i should not have expected this to last for ever, but i will not give up. i need to keep up my efforts and enjoy the fact that i am 83 pounds lighter.
